Notice of Destruction of Temporary Student Records
In accordance with the Illinois School statute, Glencoe School District 35 is providing notice that all Temporary Records of students who graduated from District 35 in June 2015 will be destroyed. Student temporary records are retained for five (5) years after the student has left the district. All records currently over five (5) years old will be destroyed on December 15, 2021.
Parents, guardians, and the former student have the right to review and receive a copy of such records at any time prior to the destruction of such records. Review of the records can be requested by contacting the Kaitlin Eden, Secretary in Board of Education Office, at 847-835-7812 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
