Updated Travel Quarantine Guidance
Thinking about traveling out of state for spring break?
On February 5th the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) provided updated guidance on the recommendations for quarantine after travel. They shifted to following the same rules as posted for Chicago.
Please see this document for additional details. Individuals may now also provide a negative COVID test (PCR test only at this time) to reduce the length of the quarantine. Those who have had COVID-19 do not have to quarantine after travel (for 90 days after their COVID-19 diagnosis).
