Extra! Extra! Read All About It! - We are thrilled to announce that West School Newspaper Club has just rolled out the highly-anticipated Fall 2024 edition of "What's Up Westies?" student newspaper. A huge round of applause to the dedicated members of the Newspaper Club for their hard work and dedication in bringing this edition to life! 

We’d like to share our policy regarding phones and smartwatches (e.g. Gizmos, Apple Watch) at school. We understand this serves as a useful tool to communicate with your child. However, we kindly ask that students turn their personal devices off and store them in their backpack so they are “Away for the Day.” Please know that changes in your child’s dismissal will be communicated with your child directly.  If you need something during school hours, please call or email or call the school office.

Lunch Ordering Starts August 20

Marla's Lunch provides hot lunches for all D35 schools, and a portion of every lunch sold goes to the PTO!

Ordering opens: August 20 (after class lists are published)

First day of lunch: September 3

Ordering deadline: noon on Wednesday of the week before

Example: Orders for the week of September 3 must be placed by August 28 at noon.
